The PAM Engineer(CyberArk/Hashicorp) ( Information Protection Advisor), you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application and infrastructure supporting our current PAM solution. Including the day-to-day maintenance of the application and infrastructure supporting it.

Responsibilities

• Provide operation and maintenance of existing PAM solutions
• Ensure product currency and consistency across all domains.
• Ensure stable and secure environments.
• Performance troubleshooting and recommendations.
• Work well with others in a team environment, providing input and feedback in a helpful manner.
• Engage with development teams during operational security reviews, providing leadership and security design guidance
• Support 24x7 on-call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis.
• Identify critical security issues and provide recommendations of risk-reduction solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshoot end-user issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor'sdegree preferred.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management and infrastructure designs.
• Experience with CyberArk experience required.
• Experience with of Linux/Unix and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience with supporting PAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of database technologies – Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL.
• Knowledge in scripting and coding technologies (PowerShell, REST, Python)
• Experience with:
  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • Group Policy
  • Project Management
  • Handling and running outage calls
  • Automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment, and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and IT management and staff.
• Ability to participate in customer and partner-facing meetings and projects, including those that involve technical topics or technical service delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to creatively challenge current methods and procedures.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CyberArk, CISM, CISA, and CISSP are a plus.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift.

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
