ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for day-to-day management of our DR paid social accounts
- Monitor and optimise campaigns, including reviewing creative and audience performance
- Manage the effectiveness of our budgets and decide on budget allocation
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and efficiency within accounts (what’s working/not?)
- Ensure reporting cadences and deadlines are adhered to
- Work closely with the wider digital and brand teams
- Assist the Paid Social Manager on key projects
- Stay up to date with the latest social and digital marketing trends and best practices
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in social advertising or equivalent online marketing channels (preferred)
- Experience working with marketing tech (preferred)
- Strong numeric & analytical skills
- Must be flexible to adjust in a fast-changing environment
- Good communicator with internal and external departments
- Ability to work logically under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communicator
- Team Player
- Experience with creative or execution tools, like Photoshop or Smartly (desirable)
