    • Working with other PAs in the department to organise Function cascades (1200+ attendees).

    • To be the eyes and ears of the department and a reliable central point of contact for the Womenswear Management Team.

    • Scheduling product review meetings on behalf of the 40 Womenswear departments.

    • Work collaboratively and form relationships with PAs and colleagues from other functions in the business to support with your day-to-day role.

    • Co-ordinating, organising and booking travel (UK and International) when required.

    • Lead on the planning and execution of Team offsites and events.

    • The management of all expenses for the Directors, including approvals.

    • Raising and managing POs on behalf of the department.

    • Shared cover with the other Commercial PAs when on annual leave.

ASOS is looking to employ a confident and dynamic individual with the ability to proactively manage multiple Directors’ diaries while consistently remaining one step ahead. Candidates must be highly motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while working in a demanding (but fun and creative!) environment.

We’d love to meet someone with:

    • An experienced PA with experience of supporting multiple individuals at Director level
