• Building the P2P vertical from scratch
• Transitions, transformation and automation implementations
• Global stakeholder and team management
• Perform monthly closing activities including month end accruals
• Handling internal and external audit
• Work closely with various functions including procurement, reporting, tax and treasury to define end to end responsibilities

Profile

The successful candidate for P2P Lead should have:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of work experience
• Experience within P2P- transformation, transitions, and automation
• Extensive experience in leading end to end P2P process
• Experience within a shared service centre/ captive centre (chemicals/ manufacturing clients)
• Excellent stakeholder management, people handling, and communication skills
