Principal Accountabilities 

• Learn and operate IPFS system/scan gun
• Perform PH testing
• Knowledge of racks and handling allergens
• Push racks for multiple machines/line operating at the same time, including to the FAB cooler
• Wash racks and remove from the rack wash machine
• Communicate to the washer the type of racks needed
• Store racks and rack rods properly
• Write tags
• Work on the lines if needed
• Responsible for some paperwork and other miscellaneous duties like recording production data for optimum efficiency
  

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Must be able to lift, bend, reach, and pull
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous production/farm experience
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
