•    Consults and advises OSS management in creating the strategic program roadmap as well as the mid-/long term Network Evolution Plan
•    Identify, evaluate and trial new technologies that can complement Vodafone OSS portfolio of products and services
•    Manage relationships with innovation partners and vendors
•    Provide expertise and issue management in all situations supporting the delivery team

•    Experience related to Agile frameworks 
•    Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts of interest as well as to be creative to find solutions
•    Excellent analytical (listening, questioning, challenging, etc.) 
•    Objective driven and customer oriented
•    Knowledge on mobile networks and innovative services (MPN, IoT, Edge Computing)
•    Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
•    Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies
•    Telco OSS/BSS Solutions
•    Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and change
•    Multiple years of professional experience in IT Architecture, Solution Architecture and/or Software Development
•    Excellent knowledge of architectural methods and standards (e.g. Togaf, Cobit,  Frameworxs, incl. SID, eTOM).
