Overview:
The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Leader supports the achievement of breakthrough business results for the plant by providing HR tools & capabilities to the line and support organizations. The HR organization supporting the plant is a diverse and talented organization, integrated into the plant operations and operates as a manufacturing department. The OE Leader functions as a full business partner at the Department level to enable all organizations to create business success.
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement systems to support maximizing the performance of employees to meet business needs, and to support positive organizational health. The OE Leader will be responsible for leading the Site Capability Plan and Co-leading the Site Education & Training team. In addition, the OE Leader will leverage best in class systems via benchmarking and reapplication. The OE Leader will provide support and leadership to the following areas: Plant Leadership Team, Department Managers and HR.
