The Organizational Development Consultant will assist with all aspects of organizational design. We seek a professional to partner with other organizational design professionals providing project support and consultation in all areas of organizational design, change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness, and support for other strategic initiatives.
Collaborate to facilitate developing change management and organizational improvement including programs, tools, solutions to increase individual and organization capability, organizational redesign and process reengineering.
Diagnose, propose, design and deliver organization development solutions that help Cargill create a talent-based competitive advantage.
Work on start to finish organizational design projects to create new business functions; creating and validating design principles that include organizational structure, effective services delivery, delivery processes and process flows.
Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes.
Coach and train managers on developing effective team and leadership skills and development to enhance their capabilities and to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and conduct training programs, teach classes, hold seminars and discussion groups.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Business Acumen
Analytical/Assessment skills
Coaching and mentoring skills
Executive presence and ability to communicate to all level in the organization
Experience working on innovation based projects
Experience working on project based, client servicing consulting.
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources Certificate
Certification in an approved methodology in change management or design
Minimum of eight years of change management and/or organizational design experience
Big 4 consulting experience
