Job Purpose and Impact
The Organizational Development Consultant, will assist with all aspects of organizational development. In this role, you will partner with business and functional leaders from across entire EMEA region, to provide project support and consultation in all areas of organizational design, change management, culture, leadership and team effectiveness and support for other strategic initiatives. Position can be based out of any EMEA location.
Key Accountabilities
• Collaborate to facilitate developing change management and organizational improvement including programs, tools, solutions to increase individual and organization capability organizational redesign and process reengineering.• Diagnose, propose, design and deliver organization development solutions that help the company create a talent based competitive advantage.• Work on start to finish organizational design projects to reset business or functional organizations and create and validate design principles that include organizational structure, effective services delivery, delivery processes and process flows.• Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes.• Coach and train managers on developing effective team and leadership skills and development to enhance their capabilities and to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.• Prepare and conduct training programs, teach classes, hold seminars and discussion groups.• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.• Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience• Business Acumen• Analytical/Assessment skills• Coaching and mentoring skills• Executive presence and ability to communicate to all level in the organization• Experience working on innovation based projects• Experience working on project based, client servicing consulting.• Minimum of four years of related work experience• Flexibility to travel
Preferred Qualifications• Human Resources Certificate• Certification in an approved methodology in change management or design
