In this role, you will focus on the people side of change. Including changes to processes, systems, technologies and behaviors as we embark on an Industry and Cultural transformation. You'll create and deliver global strategies to maximize the adoption of new programs for sustained behavior change.
 

As Organizational Change Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

• Working closely with business stakeholders to effectively understand and define the change vision
• Leading and implementing the complete value chain of Change Management deliverables
• Defining measures of success and KPIs to ensure the change is sustainable
• Providing support and coaching to all levels of influencing stakeholders as they champion their employees through transitions
• Facilitating change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to propel adoption and realize business value

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a Bachelor’s degree - Preferably in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
• Have at least 7 years of experience in Global Change Management program design and implementation
• Have a Change Management Professional certification (This will be an added advantage)
• Be able to work in a team and independently to deliver results in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Have a great ability to influence stakeholders through written and verbal communications
