Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Org Management leadership by defining processes to support efficient work practices in a team environment ensuring work prioritization and distribution for maximum effectiveness
  • Develop strategies to enhance efficient cycle time of incoming requests from the business
  • Monitor the flow of incoming requests and distribute responsibilities through effective prioritization and workload assessment 
  • Determine timelines and monitor progress to keep process completion on track and on schedule
  • Communicate clear instructions to team members
  • Support and lead project management activities such as task management and stakeholder management
  • Develop and communicate project status, accomplishments, and achieved milestones to leadership and project steering committee
  • Triage and trouble shoot incidents and systems issues and provide technical guidance to team members, client, partners, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and partners to improve processes, drive for continued improvement in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Support process and integration in Enterprise HR systems in alignment with strategic HR initiatives and analytical reporting requirements
  • Develop recommendations for the implementation of processes, business rules, and tools
  • Perform occasional testing of SAP and Workday business processes
  • Assist with development and/or delivery of training
  • Liaise with global Operational, HR Process Teams, and GHRO partners to share process, policies, and system knowledge
  • Communicate with peers and partners to understand priorities, business challenges and requirements, existing and future opportunities, and overall landscape of conditions and attitudes affecting the business

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to manage conflict, partner, communicate professionally, be flexible, and able to prioritize and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting to deliver on changing priorities
  • Ability to balance and respond to competing priorities
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a curiosity to understand and evolve business processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ownership of tasks and deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience in HR or Workforce Management function (5+ years)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven strong working knowledge of SAP and/or Workday
  • Prior experience in leading processes with an efficiency lens
  • Prior experience developing future state strategies and recommendations
  • Project Management certification
  • Ability to build reports or tell a story from raw data; analytical mindset

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in field of Human Resources, Business, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
