Reporting to the site leader, the Senior Project Management staff manager plays an essential role in the growth of the business and is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As an Order to Remittance Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the execution of projects assigned to his/her team of resources in respect to contractual scope, on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction, while protecting or improving the profitability of his/her portfolio.
  • Being responsible for defining, deploying, and managing project management related processes and support tools as well as development plan and training/coaching for the team.
  • Managing cross-functional teams utilizing influential leadership skills to anticipate and mitigate risks during the project’s life cycle, driving effective communication across businesses and functions.  This includes delivering and presenting professional work related to projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to customers as well as senior business leaders across multiple functions.
  • Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario in accordance to clearly defined contractual scope.
  • Being responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections, managing change orders, executing on billing plans (along with timely remittance), and customer claims.
  • Developing and foster strong customer relationships.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Planning/Project Leadership
  • Have PMU certification or certification from external body (IPMA, PMI)
  • Have experience in managing a team of project managers.
  • Have contractual terms and conditions knowledge.
  • Demonstrate customer centric behavior, able to deal with complex customers and technical requirements.  Strives for achieving project goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Have passion for work done well the first time, intellectual rigor and professional discipline while running the project team.
  • Have strong influence, leadership, and team building skills; team player, able to effectively communicate (written and verbally) to peers, supervisors, customers, and executives.
  • Be proficient in Gantt charts as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
