Oracle EPM Solution Analyst

Role purpose:
 

As Oracle EPM Solution Analyst, you'll support and drive the development and delivery of the EPM on premise & PBCS Cloud Platforms in partnership with the Business Partners in Finance space. Also helping drive and assist in the strategic delivery of the Vodafone Integrated Planning (VIP) Roadmap whilst additionally supporting the offshore Application Development, Functional and Technical Operations Team where required.

This role is specific to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Planning and Budgeting platforms primarily to support the demands and change requests arising from the implementation of Vodafone Integrated Planning (VIP) Global Platform across 23 local markets and Vodafone Group.

You'll be able to:

Consult with the business, ready to innovate and who can challenge solution designs provided by internal and external Development Teams. Have a comprehensive knowledge of Oracle’s EPM framework coupled with a strong knowledge on how finance processes are implemented across the platform. You'll need to be able to blend functional expertise and stakeholder management to integrate and effective outcome that meets the needs of our business and will serve as the key technology's point of contact for the definition and delivery of Product and Services. As well as knowledge of Agile specifically the SAFe Framework as our organisation actively incorporates Lean thinking and Business agility into our ways of working.

 

With us you will:

  • Be accountable for ensuring the platform and assosiated interfaces align to the required quality standards from design through to solution delivery.
  • Accountable for ensuring quality of documentation is maintained reflecting technical solutions matrixed to core Business Requirements
  • Provide BAU second level support to first line Technical Support where required
  • Support the Product manager with the following
    o Defining the product roadmap
    o Prioritise and manage the delivery of the product backlog with the business
    o System integrators and _VOIS AD team management 
    o Ensure compliancy with security, architecture, privacy, audit

 

Apply if you have:

  • Knowledge of Forecasting, ODI, FDMEE & Oracle ePBCS and the Hyperion framework
  • Have prior experience of microsoft applications including sharepoint
  • Prior experiecne in large-scale and complex business transformation programmes across multiple countries.
  • Used the scaled agile fromework and business agility
  • Process Optimistion: continuous improvement
  • Innovation: driving organisational capabilities and produuct delivery
