About the Role

 This role will have end-to-end input into A/B tests for our acquisition and phones product teams.

 By collaborating with these product teams, you will be helping them come up with new ideas for our website and app on how to improve experiences. You will then work with the product team to help them A/B test these ideas to ensure they deliver value and improve member experience. 

You'll also be helping key stakeholders in the business understand traffic and journeys on our site using web analytics. 

Finally, you'll be working on the tracking and tagging of the website, ensuring the right clicks and taps are measured.

Key Responsibilities

• Come up with new ideas on how we can improve our website and app.
• Collaborate with product teams to A/B test these new ideas and their roadmap items using Google Optimize.
• Analyse A/B testing results through Google Analytics and other tools.
• Collate and gather data to present to the senior members of staff.
• Using Google Tag Manager to add, remove and edit tags in order to ensure we’re measuring everything we need to.

Key Skills/Experience

• Experience with any of the following is preferred: Conversion Rate Optimisation, Analytics, UX/ UI, Design or App/Web Development 
• Experience of Google Optimize and knowledge of A/B testing processes would be desirable, but is not required
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS to help make the best A/B tests would be desirable, but is not required
• Able to analyse and break down data into easy-to-understand stories.
• An eye for good design. Understand what makes a good web or app experience.
