OPERATOR IV includes operation of bagging scale, sewing machine, conforming to SOP’s and GMP’s, physically handling warehouse inventory and operating a forklift as well as:
 

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Record production records on operator run sheets
• Monitor quality
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management 
• Perform housekeeping duties as assigned
