Join TUI within our global Intercruises Operations Team based at Ocean Village, Southampton as an Operations Support Agent. This position is the link between the Delivery team, the Operations Support Hub and Central Functions. You will be responsible to fully manage the office whilst reporting remotely to the TUI Destination Manager – UK. The role will also include onboarding and offboarding of permanent and casual staff and supporting all related functions of office management.

 Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be assisting cruise lines and other clients on their daily operations in the Port of Southampton, UK.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

There are many ways for you to get involved: 

•    Ensure employee credit card & SOLDO cards are liquidated and submitted as per company guidelines.
•    Office facility maintenance to include but not limited to control of office supplies, contract cleaner, statutory maintenance duties, utilities, office maintenance, couriers etc. 
•    On/off boarding of permanent & casual workers to include equipment, uniforms and office induction.
•    Set up and maintenance of casual worker payroll documentation on SharePoint.
•    Monthly preparation of casual worker payroll submissions.
•    EPDQ daily payment reconciliation for Cruise Connect.
•    Intercruises uniform audit/control.
•    Statutory fire, health & safety training (on site) & liaison with landlord regarding any building maintenance & statutory requirements.
•    Control & processing of office overheads for both UK offices via JIRA ticketing system.
•    Maintain records of overhead contracts (expiry/renewal).
•    Manage visitor record book & set up of meeting room for external meetings.
•    Involvement in TUI sustainability projects and extend within the UK.
