Ensures product flows in a timely manner and that product flow problems are identified early and are proactively resolved
Supports the facility operating budget and KPIs by validating and achieving engineered standards, achieving and exceeding daily operating goals, and driving down non-measured / indirect hours while maintaining service levels
Formulates and executes tactical day-to-day and hour-by-hour operating plans to forecast and plan product flow, and adjust staffing based on volume and service level expectations
Provide leadership, training, development and mentorship for Leads and future leads
Perform operational training and cross-training events

We seek people with these qualifications:
2+ years’ Distribution Center experience 
2+ years’ leadership experience preferred
Bachelors degree preferred 
Able to work in a team environment, and autonomously to perform individual tasks
Ability to lift 50 pounds
