Role background
So… we have built this rocketship. We call it Wolt. And we’re on a mission to make cities a better place to live with the help of technology. We are best known for our food delivery platform but are now on a journey to become an ‘’everything’’ app so you can get almost anything in your city delivered to your doorstep in less than an hour.
In the Operations team, we focus on our Courier Partners and how to maintain and develop the best platform for deliveries in the cities we’re in: we ensure the right amount of courier partners to meet the order demand, by constantly developing courier partner satisfaction and smooth, scalable processes.
As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for spotting opportunities and improvement areas and leading and executing various data-driven development projects across the courier partner lifecycle. For example, you could be responsible for enabling our expansion to new cities, or balancing and optimizing the supply and demand across cities in Norway. You’ll work alongside other Operations Specialists and Associates so you get to work with highly talented and energetic colleagues.

Stakeholder management - Collaborating with peers and experts in HQ and other markets about best practices to develop, track, and analyze performance.
Cross-functional teamwork - Working side by side with our Support and other teams to better understand and facilitate Courier Partner related topics and maintain a high level of service at all times.
Product Improvement - Actively searching for new features which could improve our courier partner experience on Wolt.
