Job Description

TTS Client Operations offers world class Cash, Trade & Cards management services across the globe. The organization provides our corporate and FI clients with implementations, transaction preparation, processing and customer service. In striving to achieve high quality delivery the organization works closely with business partners and internal servicers. A significant focus on control, customer service and quality is practiced at the transaction and process levels.

A component of Global TTS Operations, Cash Operations Readiness Team role is to support the Payments and Receivables projects for local and cross border markets. Responsible to define adequate process controls for operations process, static data setups, participate in functional training, defining security matrix controls and understand various roles and responsibility. Understand business requirements and manage multiple country roll outs in an effective manner. Work to find the opportunity to improve the processing and suggest solutions for managing operations issues. Apply Global Target Operating Model throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Functional Roles:

  • For the regional cash/Channel projects assisting with review of business case / business requirements, gap analysis, feasibility study in long term benefit, review of requirement and solution with stakeholders
  • Review of Functional Requirements and apply Global TOM guidelines to ensure DigitalDay1.
  • Review security matrix definitions, updates and implementation
  • Partner with Technology, Product and Operations Management Teams to prioritize delivery of key projects
  • Defect analysis to review impact to operations and product.
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
  • Lead team of Operations Readiness and partner with business analysts and testers to achieve on-time and with-quality production delivery dates for system enhancements for multiple Cash projects
  • Operations Readiness update to Project Stakeholders, Product and Operations Partners
  • Arrange operations training, identify and engage operations stakeholders. Ensure query resolution.
  • Prepare Post project MIS, lessons learned and conduct continuous process improvement reviews
  • Understand the bank environment and compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Work with regional and global team and implement the best standards across teams
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaboration with all partners on any project delays, risk assessment and risk mitigation plans.
  • Status reporting to Project Stakeholders, Product and Operations Partners

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 5 years in a professional management role
  • 7+ years of work experience in banking, may include consumer or transaction services, financial services firm, or a combination of with at least 5 years relevant experience Business Analysis / Project management role
  • Excellent Cash Product Knowledge is required covering Cross Border payments, SWIFT, ISO XML, GPI, etc.
  • Ability to lead and influence people across cultures at a senior level using expert business judgment, excellent communication and listening skills, and resourcefulness
  • Manages ambiguity and adapts to and drives change
  • Appropriately assesses risk / reward relationships when making decisions
  • Strategic thinker to make appropriate decision for team and organization growth
  • Ability to take ownership and lead projects with a proactive, not reactive, approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Willing to take ownership, and able to independently drive initiatives to conclusions
  • Ability to perform well in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • MBA/Project Management / Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred
