We are a maritime services provider with a clientele from Europe to the Far East. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team to support our operations team. We are looking for an agile, motivated, enthusiastic candidate with leadership qualities.
Requirements:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the maritime industry.
• The candidate should be capable and experienced sufficiently to coordinate with the relevant stake holders for berthing, sailing, vessel planning, yard planning or discharging/loading operations respectively for container, general cargo, break bulk vessels.
• The candidate should have experience and be familiar with

1. Ship spare deliveries,
2. Supply of provision and stores,
3. Crew changes,
4. Customs,
5. Immigration formalities

and other similar functions.

• · The candidate should have had experience in working with the officials of the Sri Lanka Port Authority, Sri Lanka Customs, and other government stake holders.
