JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting and executing all operations in the hotel Operations departments (may include Front Office Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Engineering/Maintenance) and managing staff. Strives to continually improve guest satisfaction and maximize the revenue of the Hotel. Ensures that the hotel standards and procedures are being followed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
High school diploma with 2 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
Strong candidates will have management level leadership experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, and/or Food & Beverage.

• Ensures that goals are being translated to the team as they are related to guest tracking and productivity.
• Understands guest needs and make sure the guests are satisfied
• Ensures that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations.
• Set an example for the staff by demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
• Assists employees in understanding guest’s needs and expectations to serve them better
• Managing and monitoring Activities that Affect the Guest Experience
• Provides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests.
• Takes proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns.
• Extends professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times.
