As an Operations Lead Analyst on the Clinical Communications team you will support the management of Cigna formularies including direction of key activities related to formulary changes. You would be an individual contributor working in partnership with a group of data analysts and other matrix partners involved in the creation, management, and communication of Cigna's formularies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Deliver specific delegated tasks as assigned
• Build, delivery and submit publication of formulary collaterals throughout the year, reporting out status and managing to a timeline
• Support analysts with data QA for data provisional activities
• Lead cross functional team through requirement gathering and documentation sessions for analytical requests and associated projects
• Manage program and project implementation and make significant contributions to department goals
• Provide analytic support on time limited projects
• Understand and meet the reporting needs of key matrix partners including the Go-to-Market Pharmacy Sales Team and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Team
• Forward planning and anticipation of client and internal business needs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in a data driven analytical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
• 2+ years’ of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience working with drug lists/formularies highly desired
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to manage ambiguity and a fast paced environment
• Adobe InDesign Experience helpful
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database technologies

This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $53,100 - $88,400, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
