About the team:
This is a meaningful role in the multidimensional environment of operations within Market Development. Market Development sits within Virgin Media O2- Business and is the team responsible for driving growth to the organisation by establishing new and digital-first revenue streams from high-growth markets like 5G, IoT, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

Role purpose:
The purpose of the role is to assist with the delivery of proactive-orientated operations administration, coordinate the standard methodologies and bring proven operations structure in order to build a foundation to scale. The Operations Analyst is responsible to ensure that we keep a highly detailed admin organisation across our different departments, we enable open and agile communication between teams, and we ensure effectiveness and efficiency in our operational processes.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
Maintain processes coherence by recording team activities such as checking compliance of the process, highlighting inconsistencies, spot potential improvements…
Proactively suggest the need for digital tools, automation of repetitive tasks.
Coordinator of Best Practices across all areas
Collecting relevant data from within the company and from internal clients
Support on repetitive tasks for the time being, until a permanent solution is established. These tasks are essential to understand from the base, processes and needs of our teams.
Reviews a company's policies, procedures and functions to find areas of improvement.
Creating databases for data storage and future access
Presenting data and recommendations to Business Ops & Strategy Lead
Tracking the progress of operational changes that are implemented across the company through key performance indicators
