Job Description

• Serve key support role for the Business Operations and Client Executive teams for State Street’s OCIO business.
• Maintain databases that support client reporting, business development, and performance measurement.
• Process client directed transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and track metrics that can be shared with the broader OCIO business to help with efficiency and simplification initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT staff to enhance infrastructure.

Desired Skillset

• 3-6 years of work experience
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative discipline
• Basic familiarity with finance and investments
• High attention to detail
• Skillful in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
