Operations Governance Support – Circa £22,000 National

Aviva UK now have an opening to join our Governance Support Team within our Savings & Retirement division.

A bit about the job:

Working within Aviva’s Governance Support team, you will be regularly reviewing  local processes and procedures to understand how we are delivering the best outcomes for customers and prioritising  to work on the right things to best mitigate our risk.

You will be on hand to support and embed a positive risk culture within the Ret Ops Area (Pension Transfer, Retirement Centre, Equity Release & Individual Annuities) by focussing on the ways we prevent risks from happening alongside effective management of risks when they occur.

Skills & Experience were looking for:

• Excellent Communication skills

• Initiative to work on own as well as part of a team

• Previous experience of working in a similar position within Financial services

• Risk and Governance, as well as a strong product background desirable

• Hands on approach and not afraid to get stuck in

• Salary of Circa £22,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
