Job purpose

This role will be a pivotal member of the Work Force Intelligence (WFI) Project Pillar supporting both team based and customer matrix partners. As a WFI liaison performing first contact with Partners who submit intake requests, this individual will be responsible for introductory conversations, initial discovery, and assisting leaders with prioritization of those requests. Will manage the planning and maintenance of both the PE & LS Models for viewing capacity and staffing needs on those project teams.

OE Workforce Intelligence staff are trained professionals who collaborate with our business partners to provide specialized solutions, and this role will require a customer centric mindset with the technical skills of a business analyst.

Duties and responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive Intake process, which includes active follow up to SharePoint submissions, discovery sessions with stakeholders, and ensuring final delivery of Adhoc requests while maintaining timely status updates to partners every step of the way
• Be the owner/manager of the Project Planning Model and support the Process Engineering and Learning Solutions teams with routine updates, support, and iteration
• Ability to build partnerships and maintain an excellent working relationship with expanded off shore Workforce Intelligence (WFI) Global Service Provider (GSP)
• Requires solution-based strategic thinking to understand support requests and connecting needs back to the WFI Toolbox, identifying best possible fit for partners such as capacity planning, burndown modeling, time studies, and other operational insights
• Ability to manage end to end Customer Engagement and working closely with WFI team members to keep open channels of communications on the progress of intake requests from inception to final delivery
• Support periodic re-engineering of existing data models, intake forms and reports to allow for more effective business decisions; leverage business knowledge and relationships with functional leads to provide recommendations on how best to improve WFI Toolbox and products
• Facilitate monthly or bi-monthly demand reviews with internal partners– communicate monthly status of Intake requests with external partners, and proactively address potential impacts to overall intake requests
• Participate in capacity support and financial meetings as needed to ensure Intake process or in progress Adhoc projects are not impacted, and bring any thoughts, concerns, or recommendations to the table; challenge movement when downstream impacts are a concern
• Participate in recurring team meetings and one-on-ones
• Drive change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization to take or avoid risks as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree  (Preferred concentration: Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Business)
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience related to predictive modeling and analytics
• Medicare/Medicaid experience is preferred especially in a resource/workforce planning environment
• Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer focus and track record of satisfied matrix partners
• Ability to influence, drive, and improve the areas above, the person in this position will need to be self-motivated and possess strong leadership qualities.
• Capability to successfully navigate and contribute in a highly-matrixed environment
• Strong customer focus and management of client expectations

Working conditions

The individual in this role will be expected to work a standard 40 hour work week. This position will likely be a salaried employee. The position will have the opportunity to be performed from home. When working from home the individual must maintain a secure working environment since the information may contain HIPPA compliance information. The individual must maintain a high speed internet connection for establishing a compliant VPN connection to the Cigna-HealthSpring network.

This position will not have any direct reports.

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
