Role Objectives
As an International Online Trading Manager, you will be responsible for driving online retail sales and profit across our International D2C Flagship (store) markets globally. Growing these markets is key to our International strategy, and we’ll be looking for you to develop and execute the online trading strategy required to capture the opportunity and grow market share. Key accountabilities
General
Act as the key online trading point of contact for International D2C Flagship (store) websites.
Report weekly performance to the Head of Trading and lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with partners.
Lead and own weekly alignment meetings with Marketing, Merchandising, and Franchise teams.
Work with offshore Merchandising and Production teams to maintain site standards and execute briefs.
Sales
Develop and implement a strong localised and commercial full price strategy.
Execute an omnichannel pricing and promotional strategy across all markets through strong collaboration.
Collaborate with Marketing team and partners to deliver successful campaigns through optimised media activity.
Create robust annual retail sales budget plans by market with Traffic, Conversion and AOV targets.
Provide retail sales forecasting by week and day to Operations, Finance and Marketing stakeholders.
Profit
Probe monthly P&Ls to identify key risks and opportunities.
Develop actions to improve Gross Selling Margin (GSM), and reduce Duties, Marketing, and Logistics costs.
Customer
Review weekly Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer commentary and react to feedback to drive improvements.
Collaborate with Operations team to improve the customer proposition by market including delivery, returns, and payment options.
Maintain strong competitor awareness across campaigns and customer proposition.
