Amazon Web Services is looking for an Online Content Marketing Manager that raises the bar on cloud related online content for the Small and Medium Business Segment (SMB) on the market. We want you to rethink how we can bring the benefits of cloud to the millions of SMB customers globally. We at Amazon have a mantra of working backwards from customers. We therefore aim to build an online experience for our customers that makes it easy for them to absorb and digest relevant online content. In this role you will design online customer journeys and storyboards, and develop content maps to support these journeys. You will own the creation of all SMB online content. This includes SEO management, localization, A/B testing, production, and quality control. The web content you manage will include thought leadership content in the form of blogs, educational materials to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, product related content, as well as ongoing communications to help customers understand cloud essentials and building the right web experience to drive customer engagement and awareness. You will work with the country teams to address any country specific needs. You will own the global content production with the necessary localization efforts.
You will collect customer feedback via surveys, you will measure and analyze engagement metrics for online content, you will run A/B test in order to ensure we are putting the most compelling cloud content for the SMB audience out there in the market. The breadth of the content you will own requires you to build strong working relationships with different teams in sales, product marketing, executive insights, PR, analyst relations etc. You'll wear a lot of hats, including project manager, communications expert, legal liaison, data analysis, customer advocate, content tools specialist, and many more. Most importantly, you will need to be a pioneer, and innovator when it comes to bar raising online content that speaks to the needs of SMB companies.

Identify, promote, and implement strategies to produce engaging content
· Build and leverage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex, global projects
· Drive content projects for their entire lifecycle from planning through post-launch measurement
· Continuously interpret metrics to assess content engagement and improve our customer experience
· Experience in building website content leveraging an enterprise-level Content Management System
· Experience in content writing in tech marketing
· Track record of award winning, engaging online content creation (share with us the sites you have owned)
· Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services
· Experience with Adobe AEM
· Experience collaborating with design, UX, and engineering teams
· Effective presentation and communication skills
· Demonstrated success in project management
· Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
· Experience in communicating and presenting information across multiple stakeholders
