• Build and lead experiences and programs to identify, engage, recognise, and enable the audience
• In partnership with internal collaborators, develop and implement guidelines to set users up for success
• Monitor, track, and report on community sentiment and performance, identifying and understanding which metrics to watch closely, and those to seek for improvement and growth
• Be a champion of our community, ensuring the platform/experience is focused on the community needs and be a liaison between community and internal teams
• Establish and build relationships with our audience and adapt initiatives for cultural and regional differences
• Be the champion of a transparent, direct, and frequent engagement with the community around team roadmap, code of conduct, and importance of community participation
The position will be based either in Billund, Denmark or London, United Kingdom.
The Digital Consumer Engagement department build long-lasting, meaningful relationships. We innovate, stimulate and support creativity, and we utilize platforms to co-create products, experiences and marketing stories with users and internal partners.
• More than 5 years’ experience in digital community management for a global brand!
• Certifications within Community Management!
• Strong communication skills, experience with brand communications, social, and fandom ecosystems
• Demonstrates key core proficiencies, including leadership, decision making, team orientation, and integrity
• Proactive approach in understanding the product development process, with the ability to work closely with product teams
• Data driven, tracking community and social metrics
• Capable of quickly learning and improving the benefits of all the tools in our tech stack
• Demonstrates an understanding of multiple cultures, diversity, equity, and social inclusion
