JOB PURPOSE

  • A role is required to help assist the online planning team in creating and compiling key documents and forward plans. This is a role that requires working with numerous partners across M&S including supply chain, contact centres, online operations, and the online commercial team. This person will help to set up and standardise key excel and other documents for use across online commercial, planning and operations team. This role requires a high level of support to the rest of the planning team to help deliver easy to read and format content for key timelines. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build standardised documents such as run rates & sales reports
  • Providing trade updates to wider .Com team
  • Assist the planning team with ad hoc requests
  • Provide information and documents for key trade meetings including collation of online trade pack
  • Assisting in the preparation of the operating plan and quarterly revision process
  • Support in providing key calendar dates, events and timelines to the online commercial teams

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • High level of Microsoft Excel skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to Prioritise workload and to work to timelines
  • Ability to work across larger teams and to work alone
  • Experience in GMOR, Adobe analytics & Power BI (desirable but not essential)
