Description of Responsibilities
SLS at Baha Mar's On Call Room Attendant will be responsible for providing clean, friendly, courteous service for hotel guests; ensuring guests' expectations for guest rooms are exceeded. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Provide dynamic services to ensure guests are "wowed" by SLS at Baha Mar's hospitality• Clean guests' rooms including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors, and cleaning bathrooms• Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest rooms• Follow instructions, directions, and meet deadlines, including the thorough cleaning of the minimum number of rooms assigned• Spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling and kneeling while cleaning• Replenish amenities and supplies in assigned guestrooms• Greet guests in hallways in a pleasant and friendly manner• Answer all questions and resolve any guest complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner• Report any damages or repairs to the supervisor.• Report all lost and found items to the supervisor.• Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct exceeding expectations• Total compliance with SLS at Baha Mar's standards of operation• Stay current on hospitality best practices and industry trends• Perform other duties as assigned
