The Omni Sales Manager will elevate our online business at hello by translating brand strategies into sales & (marketing plans) to drive category, share & sales. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and executing strategies and plans of the brand across all modes of shopping but primarily for dotcom (walmart, target, grove, thrive, boxed, iherb, gopuff), and online pick up & delivery to ensure their success within each Customer.  Your main responsibility is to analyze and identify growth opportunities in the eCommerce and online channel for hello’s portfolio. You will collaborate with our retailer media marketing activation team to maximize conversion efforts. Support the monthly sales & operation process (S&OP) , including timely update & changes to the forecast, aligning different activities & then also coordinating with cross functional teams, including supply chain/demand planning/retail marketing for ensuring optimum supply levels.  

Manage retailer.com tasks such as new item set up, Catalog Management, purchase order issues, selection audits, promotion set up, ther tasks as needed.

Maintain retailer.com, including title, bullet, image carousel, A+,  and browse-related fields.  Conduct regular Walk-the Store checks to ensure optimal consumer experience. You also have P&L experience and can recommend initiatives that bring financial results and return on investment.

We are looking for someone to elevate our engagement & our brands with several key online customers.  You  know how to optimize your content to engage and excite customers, as well as how to work with your buyers to deliver best in class partnership to ensure mutual growth is being delivered. 

You are a leader: You’ll lead and develop hello online engagement with our shoppers, optimizing search, content & shopper marketing activities. You know what buttons to push to get the best ROI or ROO.

You are a builder: You’ll own all elements of the ecommerce plan, manage 5Ps, forecasting and planning from beginning to end internally & externally, as well as executional excellence.

You connect the dots: You will present innovation and support plans to your key customer contacts in annual line reviews. You’ll also need to be able to provide portfolio recommendations for different ecom platforms, depending on shopper needs & trends.

You are a collaborator: Work cross functionally with other team members to ensure alignment of strategy across categories and brands.  You will work with several teams including our US eCommerce COE (Hive), the hello eCommerce team, as well as external partners, and brokers where appropriate. You’ll also partner with our 3rd Party to understand business performance and trends to maximize Media investments and help make smarter business & decisions and recommendations.

You are curious: You are organized, efficient & passionate about ecommerce, and constantly curious on new and innovative ways to work with customers.

what you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required

2+ years ecommerce customer management experience required

Currently working with online customers in the consumer goods (or similar space) required

3+ years experience in Customer Management roles with experience managing customers and/or shopper marketing/marketing experience preferred

You care a ton about the environment and about the product choices you make. You have ideals as well as ideas. You’re forward-thinking, you’ve got grit, and you’re comfortable in an ambitious environment.

You’re ok with dogs in the office, with having to book your own travel, and with various musical genres.
