The Oilfield Services (OFS) Quality Compliance Director is the subject matter expert in leading and implementing Quality and improvement initiatives from a compliance perspective. Quality Management defines and leads the implementation of the quality organization, process, and tools to support strategy. It implements a culture of Quality in the organization and defines and leads improvement initiatives to achieve business excellence and best in class products and services for our customers.

As OFS Quality Compliance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Presenting clear and compelling vision on strategy, business, and support of product lines.
• Overseeing complex issues to provide change implementation, troubleshooting guidance, and influence innovative ways of working.
• Leading a truly global quality staff function with responsibility for both quality assurance and control
• Leading functional or organizational unit departments composed of different teams and leadership roles for large and complex organizations with local scope.
• Understanding employees' technological and methodological background and experience.
• Developing and implementing innovative programs, processes and projects to increase productivity or longevity

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in oil and gas or similar industry, such as automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals
• 7+ years of experience in quality management and compliance
• 2+ years of experience with managing teams
