Key Responsibilities
- All operational & compliance responsibilities related to gold loans.
- Initiate and execute all business development activities of gold loan operations.
- Maintaining a quality portfolio of gold loans.
- Consistent focus on gold loan NPL controls.
Key Attributes and Experience
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Experience in gold loan / pawning industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform in a challenging working environment.
