Job Description
The Cash & Trade Proc Sr Supv (C11) is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to use technical expertise and comprehension of how the team integrates with others in improving efficiencies, completing deliverables efficiently, and accomplishing overall objectives of trade/cash management processing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage small to medium size team independently
- Responsible for team management for assigned daily routine works
- Process client payments, receivables, cash/trade transactions
- Deliver error free processing and achieve assigned productivity levels
- Follow procedures and controls required for assigned process
- Monitor and report errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
- Serve as a subject matter expert for User Acceptance Training (UAT) and training initiatives; train new team members and lower level personnel
- Recommend improvements to the daily workflow for a medium sized Cash/ Trade Operations unit
- Recommend new work processes / technological improvements for cash/trade management team in conjunction with identifying and resolving individual problems
- Carry-out non-routine cash and trade operations
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, hiring, etc.
- Provide evaluative solutions for cash/trade management issues based on analysis of information, precedent, and acquired technical experience

Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in a related role in cash and trade operations/ management
- Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills
- Effective management, influencing and relationship skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
