Job Responsibilities
• New employee personal file prepare and submit for approval.• Prepare daily and monthly attendance reports.• Maintains and manage employees leave records.• Prepare final settlement of departed employees.• Update employee’s information database of every month.• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.• Maintain employee personal files and update all admin and HR related documents and records properly.• Initiate appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with existing labor laws and company policy as per requirement.• Maintain and ensure all admin issue i.e. safety, security, cleanliness, utility services, office equipment and tools, Asset register etc.• Working closely with HR admin department.• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management .Experience Requirements• 1 to 3 year(s)• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):HR Admin.
Additional Requirements• Age 25 to 35 years• Only males are allowed to apply• Hard Working, dynamic & have ability to learn quickly.• Good command in Bengali/English, both written and verbal
