Job Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in team environment on site and remote location, all verticals of the business.
  • Strong Safety & 5S focus background
  • Exposure to Shops & Establishment act
  • Previous supervisory and project management experiences with field experience to manage efficiently, the operations of the office floors
  • Ensure the building facilities effectively serve the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Recruit and train team members (FM agency / contractors).
  • Identify Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
  • Ensure contractors to deliver safety & Quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
  • Ensure the contractors always follow the house rules and the projects are handled with minimum interruption to the business.
  • Conduct periodic briefings with on-site team/ contractors to follow-up and report on the project progress in order to anticipate any possible delays and initiate corrective action to avoid delays.
  • Daily Walk around of the Facility
  • Shall be responsible for physical security of people & assets within the campus
  • Need to manage employee transport efficiently
  • Manage store inventory
  • Verify and report on ‘As Built Drawings” submitted by the contractor.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with landlords, contractors, consultants, and other key personnel to solve operation related issues and other related matters.
  • Assist with establishing supplier/ sub-contractor performance management systems.
  • Make decisions on routine, limited risk issues that may affect the facility. 

Preferred Qualification’s:

  • Previous experience of handling an IFM operator
  • Achieve the business deliverables
  • Oversee checklists for all soft services and establish best floor maintenance practices
  • Knowledge about Control system, Lighting Control system, Servicing & Maintenance.
  • Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns.

Candidates should be proficient with MS tools and should be able to generate MIS reports which includes Daily, weekly, Monthly, QBR, Helpdesk report including RT and MTTR, Consumption reports, Online reporting dash boards, Audit reports.

Required Qualifications:

* Any Bachelor's or equivalent Degree, preferably engineering
* Five or more years of professional level experience.
* Proven strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time to meet goals or deadlines.
* Project management skills.
* Demonstrated focus on quality and customer needs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions.
* Good office desktop applications knowledge.

Desired Qualifications:

* Any facility management related certifications
