Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly credit card reconciliation
- Schedule/monitor vendors such as those for snack machines, document shredding and other specialty office suppliers
- Assist with new employee onboarding by creating ID badges and nameplates
- Assist with ID badge reactivations and deactivations
- Maintain inventory of ID badge supplies
- Manage COVID PPE supplies by keeping an inventory, replenishing, ordering and shipping supplies
- Manage and maintain fire drill signage and schedule fire drills at all Miramar locations
- Arrange, manage AED, CPR and fire extinguisher training at all Miramar locations
- Assist mailroom staff with sorting and distributing mail at all Miramar locations
- Cross-train for all mailroom staff responsibilities
- Perform other office management and mailroom related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Computer experience required for mailroom operations - calendar maintenance, general email notices, online mailing labels, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping for long periods of time
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs
