Job Description

General Overview 

 The prospective candidate will be expected to carry out all general and varied administration duties ensuring the smooth and effective running of the office. They will need to be organised, accurate and pay attention to detail.

 What will you deliver?

  • Working in a small team to cover all aspects of the office including: Document Control, Helpdesk, Record keeping and cover of Reception
  • Pull reports from various databases
  • Use every effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with callers, clients, FM colleagues etc
  • Be a point of contact for the helpdesk, logging all calls on a maintenance/call logging database to agreed onsite procedures
  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries

Who are we looking for?

  • PC literate with good keyboard skills, conversant with MS office applications especially Excel 
  • Good numeric and verbal skills equivalent of GCSE standard and a Level 3 in Business Administration (Desirable) 
  • Previous experience of administration work – including dealing with internal and external customers
  • Organisation and proactive planning
