An exciting opportunity has arisen for anexperienced Office Administrator to join a busy company based in Romford on aPermanent basis. To be considered for this role you must have experiencedealing with customers face-to-face as well as on the telephone, have ahands-on approach to your work and be able to multitask efficiently.
Your main duties will include:
* Providing general clerical and administrative supportfor the business
* Answering incoming calls from customers and dealing with queries
* Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Email management (Internal and external)
* Photocopying and filing
* Completion of standard forms
* Supporting and assisting the office team and any other departments as required
* Assisting the accounts team with invoicing and bookkeeping duties when needed
* Responding promptly to customer queries and requests
* Following up enquires not immediately resolved
* Ensuring the office environment is neat and presentable
The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoftsystems (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) and be able to work to pressuriseddeadlines. Experience using SAGE 200 would be ideal.
This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, 9.00am to6.00pm. The office is open Monday to Saturday, so you will be required to workalternate Saturdays with 1 day off in the week.
