ABOUT THE JOB

• Receives and analyses data to ensure it goes according to defined guidelines.
• Uploads of dates, rates, and availabilities for all components of Multi-day Tours in multiple destinations.
• Maintains the offer once it is live and ensures the information is accurate and up to date. 
• Understands the end-to-end process in order to keep a correct flow of information between all areas.
• Creates synergy with our stakeholders to solve on the spot issues that may affect our targets and results. 
• Continuously working with KPIs and targets. 
• Liaises and collaborates with other areas of Offer Content Management team, Supply Management, and/ or Sales Development teams.
• Works on strict target and deadlines, following a specific pipeline to ensure a correct time management.
• Can work independently to manage day-to-day tasks.. 

ABOUT YOU

• Knowledge of external content management systems and demonstrated practical experience in operational content setup
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with native/fluent level would be desired. Other languages would be advantageous. 
• Excellent knowledge of “Office” tools, including in cloud (and/or other spreadsheets) 
• Tech savvy to be able to tackle issues with relevant departments.
• Fast learning and open to take on a variety of tasks.
• Sensibility to propose new flows and processes
• Ability to coordinate several priorities and manage tight deadlines 
• Ability to work responsibly and appropriately with highly confidential information
• Ability to work independently and strong attention to details
