Role Description:

With a background of Supply Chain on procuring equipment OFCI (owner furnish contractor installed) and Contracts Management. This person will manage contracts, purchase orders, expedite a procurement schedule throughout the project, and will ensure that the equipment will reach the site according to the ROJ dates of the project

.Key Responsibilities:

• Experience working on a variety of projects including technology-based clients• Strong understanding of contract requirements and the preparation of RFP, RFQs /RFIs, PO, CO (Change Orders) & SOW• Prepare Contract Strategy Documents• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships• Ability to establish and build successful supplier relationships• Experience with equipment buying and expediting• Effective time management and organizational skills• Proficiency and experience with various supply-chain methodologies and sourcing techniques• Ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing, and persuasion skills• Document supply-chain for key goods and services• Results-focused, with a proactive approach to workload• Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications/Relevant experience:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement and contract administration• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent• Proficient in English• Buying experience 2+ years• Excel – spreadsheet - 2+ years• SAP, ARIBA, or Compass
