Builds and maintains site Health Systems capability through continual assessment of business needs and use of the Health Systems Key Elements audit tool and process to ensure delivery of quality care and services. Collaborates with site leadership and key partners (HS&E, Risk, Fire Chief, HR, Legal, etc.) to ensure appropriate site occupational and wellbeing programs are in place to align with business objectives, mitigate risks and preserve and promote employee wellbeing. Ensures all programs are compliant with country related laws, as well as, P&G medical testing requirements and governance. Qualifications

• Associate Nursing Degree or higher
• Must have unencumbered nursing license from the state of Iowa
• Preferred work experience or certifications:
  • B.S. Nursing Degree
  • COHN or COHN-S
  • NIOSH approved Spirometry and CAOHC approved Audiometry
  • Occupational Health, Employee Health, or Emergency Department
  • Adult CPR/AED
• Knowledge of State and Federal Laws and Regulations
• Ability to attend meetings, trainings and conferences that may require travel
• Must be able to participate as an Iowa City Oral Care team member
• Must be able to receive occupational health-related calls where nursing expertise is necessary or required
• Ability to travel between two Oral Care locations located 3 miles apart
