A bit about the team:
Become part of our wider Sales & Retention team whose role is to retain and grow our customer base, connectivity and create brand loyalty wherever possible. The team sells mobile, sim only, and connected devices like laptops and tablets. We also sell smart tech, accessories and added services like Disney Plus and Apple Music.
How will you fit into this?
As a Recontracts Advisor your role is to protect, maintain, and increase O2’s customer base. You will do this by putting the customer at the heart of your thinking, ensuring each customer obtains the best possible value from all their interactions with you. Talking with customers who are at the end of their contracts, working with them to find the best outcome for them moving forward will be your main focus within this role.
Working collectively as part of a diverse team you’ll be expected to deliver the most unique customer experience by using our business values: Brave, Real and Together.
