FID COO Support – NY
The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with NY FID COO Team. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in maintaining, tracking and analyzing business profitability.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Optimizing business performance reporting and planning (Revenue, Expenses, Headcount, etc.)
• Preparing regular revenue and other business performance reports for senior management highlighting performance and momentum.
• Analyzing revenue, expenses, interactions and headcount on regular and adhoc basis;
• Preparing business performance deep dive packs for senior management meetings
• Working closely with IT developers on report production and enhancements.
• Maintenance of management reporting tools
• Working with COOs, IT, Risk, HR and Controllers to develop and maintain front and back end data for management reporting tools
• Working with management reporting teams to automate and standardize existing reporting structure.

Qualifications

Skillset required:

The basic skills required for the role are the ability to learn quickly how to navigate databases, understand & analyze data confidently in Excel and respond to requests promptly.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships, coupled with presentation ability
• Experience in operations or as a product controller for fixed income products
• Strong Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Willing to work 3 pm to 12 am / 4 pm to 1 am timings
