Agco is seeking an NVH Analysis Engineer to join their team in Jackson, MN. This position will be a remote hybrid position for those living within one hour of Jackson, MN. Relocation is being offered fo the right candidate.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The purpose of this job is to participate in the design and development of new product concepts and complex engineering projects for release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability.

Summary of Duties:
•Emphasis of this position is on creating moderately complex NVH analysis of product designs and development of engineering projects.
•Prepares concept, design, development, and feasibility studies of complex engineering projects.
•Accurately makes design calculations, decisions and performs the necessary analysis, comparisons, and computer simulations.
•Prepares development plans and is responsible for meeting scheduled dates.
•Coordinates product tests on current and prototype build designs.
•Evaluates defines and resolves design and manufacturing problems.
•Uses technical expertise and product knowledge to play the leadership role in the problem resolution process when interfacing with Test, Service, Plant personnel, suppliers, and consultants.
•Keeps abreast of latest technological advancements and prepares design concepts and develops unique product design features the Company often patents to gain competitive advantage.
•Travels worldwide to suppliers, production plants, dealerships, customer job sites and field test locations related to the development of engineering projects and problem resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications:
•Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a 4 year accredited school.

Experience:
• Required experience using 3D modeling.

• Required knowledge of Off High Way equipment design.

•Required knowledge of GD&T and Drawing creation.

•Required 2 years experience using MS Excel, Outlook, and Word applications.

Required Skills:
•Requires strong leadership ability and good communication skills.
•Requires 2 years of mechanical design aptitude developing product concepts.
•Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude.

Special Job Dimensions:
•Minimal travel may be required on an as-needed basis (Less than 25% predicted).

•Must work at the Jackson, MN facility.

Will provide additional NVH training if needed
