What you’ll achieve
The NPI Services Program Manager leads the planning & implementation of Service capabilities for APEX Cloud offers.
You will:
Represent all of Dell Technologies Services to product management and engineering at both the executive and core team levels
influence and collaborate with both Product Groups (PG) and Dell Technologies Services teams to accelerating strategic programs critical to our success
Track delivery of Services requirements and defining support strategy along with readiness plans
Lead the Services Extended Team (SET) for assigned programs, ensuring functional groups receive all pertinent information. inspire cross-functional team to create quality deliverables aligned with release schedules
Establish and ensure compliance and governance of program KPI/goals and objectives through data and reporting through the offer/products lifecycle
Communicate status, plans and risks to management using Planview as well as executive level program summaries that deliver clear, effective communications

Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability to handle multiple programs in a fast-paced environment and the following:
Relevant experience in the areas of services delivery and operations, program management, and customer relations
Knowledge of product/offer fundamentals and competitive industry, marketplace
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop and present information to individuals, managers, and executives
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Ability to build effective global cross-functional teams throughout Americas, EMEA, and APJ
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in lieu of education required. Typically, 8-10 total years of relevant work experience required
