As the North America Cyber Field Engineer Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit.
 

As a Cyber Field Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Participate as a Regional Service Team member.
• Lead the execution of cyber security front end engineering and design engagements
• Lead the execution of Cyber Security/HMI projects
• Execute project management and technical leader duties.  Support warranty administration and troubleshooting issues 
• Perform work at GE and customer locations throughout the United States and Canada, with possible work locations globally
• Complete service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements timely
• Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.
• Support the business growth initiatives

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional engineering position focused on cyber security supporting industrial environments
• Ability and willingness to travel, as required up to 50%
• Experience conducting onsite system vulnerability assessments within industrial settings
• Experience in creating critical infrastructure/control systems reference architectures
• The ability to attain TWIC, UKOOA/OGUK, and BOSIET certifications
• One or more of the following certifications; CISSP, GICSP, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CEH

Greater Denver Area is designed, however other locations are considered. Candidates need to be within an hour and a half of an airport for frequent travel across North America.
