The Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with clients and internal business partners to provide seamless plan administration support for Nonqualified (NQ) plans. By providing operational subject matter expertise, managing annual enrollment events and delivering positive outcomes, you will have the ability to enhance the plan sponsor and participant experience. The Nonqualified (NQ) Service Delivery Manager operates as the subject matter expert for NQ plan set-up consultation on best practices and preferred solutions. In addition to interacting directly with the plan sponsor, you will be expanding your network by working with business partners from a wide array of groups including: Relationship Management, Client Service Operations, Implementation, Legal, Compliance, Communications and Education, Participant Services, Stock Plan Services. 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

3+ years of related experience working with retirement plans and interacting with Plan Sponsors

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience with Nonqualified Plans preferred

 Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills

Demonstrated capability to collaborate with plan sponsors and internal business partners

Ability to explain technical information in a manner that is understandable to external clients and internal business partners

Good use of judgment and the ability to influence and execute strategies with clients

Ability to work in a team-based, dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Providing technical expertise and support to clients and internal business partners on NQ plan operational processes and complex issues

Managing NQ Online Enrollment (OLE) projects to insure excellence in administration of online enrollment windows

Influencing clients to adopt preferred solutions and services

Supporting key initiatives that drive process improvements and increase customer satisfaction

Providing support to client management for clients modifying plan features and services

Performing plan reviews to mitigate risk and confirm operational excellence

Facilitating the process to address NQ 409(A) violations according to IRS guidelines
