The Next Generation Supplier Manager will be responsible for global coordination, performance management, progress support, issue resolution and results reporting for the Next Generation Supplier Program for Petcare globally. Being a member of the Climate & Sustainable Sourcing Team, the role will also be responsible for integration of climate lens into the existing NGS agenda – this includes analysis and potential implementation of carbon tracking tools, extension of the program scope to relevant category-specific environmental topics, support in development and deployment of a single centralized approach to supplier sustainability in Petcare.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial, Sustainability, Project Management, Data Analysis or Strategy.
Demonstrated ability to deploy global processes within a multinational organization.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical skills for issue identification, along with flexible thinking to adapt to changing environment.
Robust commercial background with global exposure is preferred.
Extensive exposure to Commercial in Petcare across multiple regions, ability to draw on existing relationships to advance the work is preferred.
An excellent relationship-builder with very strong inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.

Next Generation Supplier roll-out for Global Petcare (60%) - be the main contact point for both supplier and commercial communities, providing support and capability building on all the elements of the Program, supporting the glidepath creation and monitoring its deployment in all the regions, and ensuring availability and accessibility of the right level of guidelines, tools and data for Global Petcare.
Integration of Climate lens into the existing Sustainability agenda (20%) - works closely with the corporate owners of the Next Generation Programs and other sustainability initiatives to ensure gradual inclusion of carbon lens into the existing programs in line with Petcare sustainability ambition.
SRM and data management (15%) - Supports the team in developing a single approach to sustainability requirements when it comes to SRM – works closely with the commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders to map out existing requests sent to suppliers and analyze possibilities of merging/streamlining them.
Ad-hoc support (5%) - Involves as needed into additional workstreams, serving as enablers to better/more efficient sustainability ways of working – this might include revision of new tools or processes, or participation in various pilots and trials on behalf of the segment.
